Terms & Delivery

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. 

All orders made over the Christmas period will be sent out in the New Year.

Our pieces are made-to-order so can take between 1-4 weeks to process before shipping depending on our current workload. Please send us an email at hola@sacstudio.es if you need something urgently and we'll do our best to accommodate, please note this could include higher shipping costs. 

AVAILABILITY

If we are out of stock of the item you've purchased we'll send you an email to let you know of other options we have available (we might have a new fabric that isn't yet on the website, for example) If you do not wish to order one of these options, no worries, we'll refund you the amount!

We reserve the right to use similar notions & elastics according to availability.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie for hygiene reasons. 

If you are deciding between sizes please send us an email hola@sacstudio.es with your measurements so that we can advise you on which size would be best for you. 

LOST/MISSING PARCELS

SAC Studio is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace or refund items that go missing, please take this up with the courier service.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at the checkout SAC Studio will not be responsible for locating the parcel nor replace items sent to incorrect address if was entered as so in the checkout. 

We do not refund, nor take any responsibility for orders that are returned to us after several delivery attempts, please make sure the address given is one that can be easily delivered to.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery address given by the customer. If we do receive your parcel we will send you an email and you may request a second delivery (at the cost of a second postage fee) to the correct address within 7 days.

If you realise you have entered the wrong delivery address please email us hola@sacstudio.es as soon as possible and if we have not already sent the parcel we will aim to change the address.

CUSTOM TAXES/DUTIES

Any customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees required on delivery of international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
